growResonance is software (SaaS), not an agency. Agencies use it to measure and improve their clients' AI visibility and to report on it under their own brand: all clients in one account with an account overview (multi-client dashboard), one workspace per client, 5 client workspaces on the Studio plan and 10 on the Agency plan. Brands use growResonance for their own visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode.

Studio includes 5 client workspaces, Agency 10. Each client gets its own workspace with its own prompts, competitors and locations; you share the prompts from a common pool (Studio 225, Agency 450). For more clients or more prompts, we agree on the scope as a usage-based contract.

With a fully used plan, one client costs per month €21.00 (cancel monthly), €18.00 (12-month term) on Studio and €19.50 (cancel monthly), €16.50 (12-month term) on Agency. This is the monthly price (Studio €105, €90; Agency €195, €165; cancel monthly and 12-month term each) divided by the number of client workspaces (final price, no VAT charged). You always pay monthly.

With 10 clients, the Agency plan fits: 10 client workspaces in one account with an account overview, €165 per month with a 12-month term, €195 when you cancel monthly, so €16.50 to €19.50 per client (final price, no VAT charged). Included are, among other things, 450 prompts as a pool, avg. 45 per client, up to 41,850 AI answers per month, ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode daily, 20 GEO articles and 20 carousels per month, 30 auto-optimizations of existing pages per month, 12 agent messages per client per month. Example from the guide “GEO in 14 days”: if you sell the standard package for €1,200 per client per month, 10 clients bring in €12,000 in revenue per month; growResonance costs 1 to 2 percent of that.

Yes. The account overview (multi-client dashboard) shows all client workspaces side by side: visibility, change, values per model, sentiment and rank per client. From there, one click takes you into a client's workspace. There is no combined report across all clients; you create reports per client.

Fixed plans with a fixed quota and a price you know in advance; a 7-day trial without a demo call; database and application in Frankfurt; we measure through the interface of ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode, the way users see them, in your client's target market; content, agent, tasks and Technical Audit in the same tool; reports with agency and client logo. You can limit members of your team to individual client workspaces; Owners and Admins see all of them. What does not exist today: a CRM integration and a read-only role.

Agency plans start at €90 per month. That is the Studio price with a 12-month term, paid monthly; Studio costs more if you cancel monthly, and every amount is listed on the pricing page for agencies. Studio covers up to five clients. If you bill AI visibility as a monthly service, a single client paying a fee of €90 per month already covers the whole platform.

Four things per client workspace: the prompts, meaning questions the client's audience asks an AI, such as “Which accounting firm in Chicago works with startups?”; the client's brand and its competitors, which are counted in every answer; the AI models used for measurement; and, if needed, locations and target markets.

The metrics come from the answers: how often the brand is mentioned, in which position, its share compared with competitors (share of voice) and which sources the AI cites. growResonance does not measure classic keyword rankings; you can, however, turn queries from Google Search Console into prompts with one click.

A good start is around 20 prompts per client, a mix of questions about providers, comparisons and the problems the client solves.

A prompt is a question we ask on behalf of your audience. Each answer from a model to a prompt counts as one AI answer: 1 prompt × 1 model × 1 run = 1 AI answer.

Every plan measures daily in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode. On the entry plan Start, 50 prompts produce up to 4,650 AI answers per month, 50 × 3 × 31. On Growth, 150 prompts produce up to 13,950 AI answers.

So the prompts decide how broadly you measure, the AI answers how often and in how many models. The maximum number of AI answers per month is listed for every plan.

We track your visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode, daily on every plan. For each answer engine, you see whether and how often your brand is cited, which sources are used and how you compare with your competitors.

Yes, on both agency plans: reports carry your footer and no growResonance mention. Logo and colors, plus your client's brand if you like, appear on every plan with reports. The brand plans do not include white-label, because they are about your own brand, not client reporting.

Yes. The central subprocessors (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Sentry) run in EU regions. Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all subprocessors. They are either part of the standard terms, actively accepted in the provider's dashboard or agreed in a separate contract. Providers outside the EU (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, DataForSEO) process data under SCCs and, where available, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
